I am a former broadcast media and healthcare admin/ops professional who spent my early careers creating entertainment experiences for TV viewers, and more recently, building teams using a patient-centric approach to curate meaningful and purposeful experiences for seniors in senior care centres.

Problem solving has always been a core aspect in all my previous roles. I enjoy the challenges of problem solving and derive satisfaction from resolving issues to meet business and stakeholders’ needs.

My broadcast media experience has equipped me with transferable skills such as conducting interviews, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, project and people management skills. My experience in healthcare provided me with a good foundation in creating user-centric solutions.
These experiences reinforced my UX knowledge in research methodologies and in human-centred approach towards design. I look forward to use my newly-acquired UX skills to design user-centric solutions that bring the most value to users.

When I am not working, I wind down with a cup of tea, a movie or a book. I enjoy exploring walking trails and find joy in bird watching. One of my aspirations is to embark on the Camino de Santiago trail.
